Express Restoration wants you to know that when you call for our services, we will:

• Promptly respond to your home or business

• Provide a licensed and highly trained mitigation expert to assess your emergency

• Use state of the art monitoring devices to detect water to pin point potential repairable damage and destroyed materials

• Develop a water or fire mitigation plan based upon our inspection

• Prepare an emergency repair authorization

• Obtain owner's signature

• Review and consult with the owner to share our findings and our potential process

• Contact your insurance agent or adjuster, negotiating your mitigation claim

• Obtain authorization for work to be done

• Begin mitigation plan of action

• Prep the affected area for the restoration process to begin

• Build a confinement barrier to reduce potential secondary damage

• Remove furnishings to preserve your personal property

For wall prep:

• Remove baseboards and trim to prep walls for water extraction

• Drill holes in walls below baseboard line to check for wall wicking levels

• Place dehumidifiers, air movers and other water restoration equipment to quickly dry affected areas

• Inform the owner and insurance agent of progress throughout the restoration

For floor prep:

• Prep floors based on types of materials

• Carpet and pad areas using water extraction weighted water extractor wands

• Flat carpeted areas using highly efficient water extraction wand
